Chelsea winger Christian Pulisic insists his side are still confident in Wednesday night’s Champions League clash with Real Madrid, despite their 1-0 defeat to Brentford. 4 last weekend
The Blues suffered a shock home defeat to Brentford on Saturday. They are preparing the squad for the White King in the Champions League quarter-final first leg at Stamford Bridge.
“I think the game last weekend was a difficult ufabet game. But maybe it will wake us up for the big games that are coming,” Pulisic said.
“I think we will definitely come back. And we still have the confidence we should have in a game like this.”
“We just want to get out there as soon as possible. and try to win in the big games.”
“Last season has nothing to do with this game.”
“We didn’t look at it in our preparations. We look at their latest match. But not last year. There is no point in proving anything.”
“We will go out to respond from Saturday’s game. and play in the right way the way we want to be firm, concentrated and focused.”
“I believe there’s clearly some new gamers, new coach, new system they may play. There are some similarities within the group. I’m not too certain. We’re persevering with to have a look at their group and determine one of the simplest ways to play tomorrow, we’ll proceed to speak about it and I believe we can be ready for what they’ve.”
